About the Role

Servicing Availability:

Primary Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. EST
Additional Opportunities: 24-hour servicing available for select programs.

Customer Support and Issue Resolution

Provide timely, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels. Work to identify and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention. Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to confidently address customer questions, provide tailored recommendations, and offer expert guidance.
Process customer orders, reservations, or service requests with accuracy and efficiency. For healthcare roles, assist patients with appointment scheduling, insurance claims, and inquiries while ensuring compliance with privacy standards such as HIPAA. For roadside assistance roles, provide reassurance and guidance to customers, dispatch service providers promptly, and offer basic troubleshooting for vehicle-related issues during emergencies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various communication channels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

- Develop a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and provide accurate recommendations.

- Accurately process customer orders, reservations, or requests using order management or booking systems.

- Healthcare Roles: Assist patients with appointment scheduling, insurance inquiries, or claims processing while adhering to privacy and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA).

- Roadside Assistance: Dispatch services promptly, provide basic troubleshooting for vehicle issues, and offer reassurance during stressful situations.

- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

- Sales and Reservations: Support customers with product or service selections, inform them of promotions, and encourage upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, interactions, and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience and relay insights to improve services or processes.

- Participate in regular training sessions to improve knowledge of products, services, and industry-specific tools.

- Create and update resources, such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, or knowledge base articles, to enhance the customer experience.

- Generate and analyze performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, resolution times, and sales conversion rates, to identify improvement areas.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs and improve service delivery.

- Adhere to remote work schedules, ensuring availability during peak hours and meeting productivity targets.

- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear and professional interactions.

- Stay updated on new tools, policies, and procedures to adapt quickly and maintain high performance.
