About the Role

24 Hour servicing on some occasions.

PAY RATE: $10-$17 PER HOUR
EARNING INCENTIVES AVAILABLE!

You will perform the following for the program:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints through various remote communication channels.

Acquire in-depth knowledge of products/services to effectively address customer questions and provide recommendations.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using remote order management systems.

Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
Sales Support: Assist customers with product selection, provide information on promotions, and upsell/cross-sell additional products/services remotely.

Maintain and update customer records, interactions, and transactions in a remote Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Gather feedback from customers regarding products, services, and overall experience through remote surveys or feedback forms.

Participate in remote training sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques.

Create and update remote documentation such as FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to assist customers independently.

Generate and analyze remote reports on customer service metrics, sales performance, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Collaborate with remote team members, including sales representatives, supervisors, and other departments, to address customer needs effectively.

Attend remote meetings to discuss customer service strategies, sales goals, and performance improvement initiatives.

Manage remote work schedules effectively to ensure availability during peak customer service hours and achieve sales targets.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally in remote interactions.

Quickly adapt to new remote tools, processes, and procedures to maintain productivity and deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance.

The System and Equipment Policy covers the basics like:

  • Hard Drive Space:

    • 40 GB of available space

    • 60 GB of total space

  • Memory: 12 GB of RAM

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or 11

  • Internet Connection and Speed: Hard-Wired Connection (Not wireless):

    • Minimum 30 mbps download

    • Minimum 10 mbps upload

  • Maximum Latency Threshold: 50 ms (milliseconds)

  • Monitor Recommendation: 1920 x 1080 (Full HD or 1080p)

  • Dual Monitors: Required

  • USB 3.0 Port: Required for use with USB headsets
